Zexter is a technology company developing an iGaming ecosystem. The organization focuses on product initiatives, marketing campaigns, and player retention strategies within the iGaming sector.

• Own the product lifecycle from market research and hypothesis generation to product releases and post-launch analysis;
• Optimize key product metrics including conversion rates, retention, churn rate, LTV, and ARPU;
• Enhance user experience by designing and optimizing customer journeys, registration flows, KYC verification, and payment gateway experiences;
• Manage the product backlog by gathering requirements from stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives using RICE/ICE frameworks, and creating product specifications;
• Drive product decisions with data by conducting A/B tests and performing user behavior analysis;
• Develop engagement and retention mechanics such as loyalty programs, tournaments, bonus systems, and VIP programs.

• 3+ Years of experience in iGaming with a solid understanding of online casino products or Sportsbook;
• Knowledge of regulatory environments, compliance, and Responsible Gambling;
• Technical background with understanding of APIs, game provider integrations, and payment system integrations;
• Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, and Figma;
• Fluent Russian;
• English B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience launching iGaming products from scratch, understanding of iGaming traffic acquisition channels including SEO, PPC, and Affiliate Marketing.
