Opply provides an AI-driven platform that automates operations for consumer goods brands, including sourcing, logistics, and finance. The service enables small and medium-sized businesses to access supplier pricing, optimize ingredient ordering, and manage credit through proprietary AI matching and forecasting models.

• Own product outcomes across multiple squads by turning business problems and user pain points into prioritized work;
• Connect parallel projects to ensure a coherent product experience across the entire platform;
• Shape the design direction, visual language, and interaction patterns of the product;
• Design clear, trustworthy interfaces for data-heavy and complex operational workflows;
• Execute hands-on design work including wireframes, high-fidelity Figma designs, and prototyping;
• Establish design standards and patterns to enable engineering teams to ship high-quality work independently;
• Define user interactions for intelligent, autonomous AI systems;
• Partner with product engineers from MVP scoping through delivery to maintain short iteration cycles;
• Conduct continuous user research and validate ideas through direct feedback;
• Focus efforts on initiatives that drive meaningful business impact.

• 3–5 Years of experience shipping products in fast-paced startup environments with ownership of roadmaps and outcomes;
• Strong design craft with the ability to create high-fidelity designs in Figma and explain the reasoning behind visual choices;
• Experience building data-heavy, trust-critical products with complex operational workflows;
• Ability to prototype or contribute to code to communicate ideas effectively;
• Deep understanding of AI agents and autonomous systems;
• Nice to have: Experience in supply chain or B2B SaaS, background in product design or UX, ability to write front-end code for prototypes.

• Salary £35k–£60k per year;
