• Deliver a world-class analytics and data governance tooling platform that is compliant and user-centric;
• Build the strategy for the evolution of core data products, including global rollout and build-vs-buy decisions;
• Identify product improvements by understanding the needs of internal teams developing services on top of the analytics platform;
• Create solutions to address inefficiencies in product, engineering, and design workflows;
• Communicate the product vision and ensure alignment between engineering, design, and cross-functional groups such as Legal, Compliance, and commercial departments;
• Set clear goals, priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations using data-driven decision-making.

• 5+ Years of experience building scalable and efficient products in a mature environment;
• Strong technical understanding of emerging trends in the data domain, specifically Data Mesh and analytics;
• Deep understanding of the product life cycle and the role of data products in enabling team success;
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to use customer insights to inform decisions;
• Extensive experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams of engineers, data analysts, and designers.
