• Identify market and customer needs and translate them into scalable product features and AI-driven capabilities;
• Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions;
• Improve the user experience with a focus on usability and performance;
• Support the definition and formation of new domain teams in collaboration with the CPTO;
• Guide the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond;
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision and strategy;
• Define and own the API strategy to ensure platform extensibility.

• 5+ Years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments;
• Proven experience delivering digital products with multidisciplinary teams;
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven features or AI-enabled product development;
• Experience working in scale-up environments;
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product decisions;
• Ability to connect business goals with technical possibilities;
• Solid understanding of backend development for technical discussions with engineering teams;
• Extensive experience with Agile product development and modern product methodologies;
• Fluent in English;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
• Nice to have: Experience with legal tech or legal software.
