Freightos operates a global booking and payment platform for the freight industry, connecting airlines, ocean liners, freight companies, and importers or exporters to facilitate the movement of goods worldwide. The company utilizes an AI-first approach to product development, focusing on efficiency and scalability within the logistics and supply chain sector.

• Drive collaboration across multiple disciplines including data, marketing, operations, customers, and sales;
• Translate high-level product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Work closely with the R&D team to ensure proper hand-off, answer questions, and guide the delivery of quality products on time;
• Coordinate feature releases with internal teams, including training and notifications;
• Evaluate and communicate trade-offs when making difficult product choices;
• Use AI tools to transform ideas into PRDs and prototypes, sharpening outputs to ensure quality and accuracy;
• Document backend reality and cross-product ripple effects that prototypes may not capture;
• Determine when a feature requires a spec-driven approach versus a more flexible development style.

• Two to four years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Background in technology and working with development teams;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to write clear project prose and PRDs;
• Proficiency in using AI tools in daily work to think, write, and build;
• Ability to present complex technical information clearly to varying audiences;
• High-level English skills (reading, speaking, and writing);
• Nice to have: Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), experience in the freight and logistics industry, experience in Fintech, hands-on experience with AI across the product cycle, familiarity with AI prototyping and coding assistant tools, experience working with remote teams.
