• Take full responsibility for the vision, strategy, and implementation of products;
• Explore customer needs and translate insights into actionable improvements;
• Orchestrate product launches by working with management, sales, and cross-functional teams;
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, developers, UI/UX designers, founders, and customers;
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance the product, streamline internal processes, and strengthen team collaboration;
• Work with designers to transform strategy into prototypes;
• Prioritize initiatives based on their impact on the business and customers.

• 4+ Years of proven experience in product management within the tech industry;
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS and building scalable products for enterprise customers;
• Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills;
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to drive measurable growth;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Data-driven and analytical mindset;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Fluency in German and English;
• Nice to have: Experience with HRIS or travel tech products.
