• Define and own the long-term product strategy for the gaming ecosystem, covering merchant payment capabilities and consumer financial experiences;
• Develop a product vision that enables global monetization for gaming merchants and seamless funding/spending experiences for players;
• Identify emerging opportunities in digital gaming economies, including in-game payments, virtual goods, and marketplace payments;
• Partner with executive leadership to influence roadmap priorities, platform strategy, and commercial growth;
• Serve as the internal domain expert on the gaming ecosystem, including digital distribution platforms, publishers, and esports;
• Lead product initiatives spanning the entire value chain from player funding to merchant settlement;
• Drive innovation supporting business models such as live-service games and creator marketplaces;
• Act as a senior partner to Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams;
• Lead large cross-team programs and break down complex opportunities into execution plans;
• Mentor product managers and elevate product management practices across the organization.

• 10+ Years of product management experience leading complex platform or ecosystem products;
• Deep experience in video gaming, digital marketplaces, or digital entertainment ecosystems;
• Strong expertise in payments, fintech, wallets, or digital transaction platforms;
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic alignment;
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, payment infrastructure, and partner integrations;
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Experience mentoring product managers and shaping product organizations.
