Social Discovery Group operates a global portfolio of social entertainment platforms and discovery products designed to connect people across different cultures. The organization focuses on solving issues of loneliness and isolation by facilitating virtual interactions through brands such as Dating.com, DateMyAge, and EuroDate.

• Own the full product lifecycle including discovery, prioritization, specs, delivery, and iteration;
• Map manual operations related to partner analytics, escalations, write-offs, refunds, and chargebacks to eliminate them through product solutions;
• Build a product that automatically identifies cost-reduction opportunities and replaces manual reporting with real-time signals;
• Design partner-facing flows for automated write-off processing, refund/chargeback handling, and payout adjustment logic;
• Define and instrument metrics to track cost per partner, manual task volume, resolution time, and revenue share trends;
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to write specs, unblock development, and manage the roadmap;
• Identify and integrate tooling such as CRM automation, reporting pipelines, and workflow engines to reduce manual overhead;
• Deliver a long-term initiatives roadmap with measurable financial impact;

• English C1 and Russian C1;
• Proven PM experience shipping internal tools, automation platforms, or operational products;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to form and validate hypotheses;
• Experience working with partner networks, marketplace operations, or vendor management workflows as a product owner;
• Ability to translate operational pain into product requirements;
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data tooling for prototyping logic;
• Nice to have: Spanish or Mandarin language skills, experience in finance, billing, or cost optimisation.
