LTSA project & offer manager for high-voltage substations

Siemens Energy develops energy systems and technologies that support reliable and sustainable energy supply and the energy transition. Its Grid Technology division provides solutions for HVDC transmission, grid stabilization and storage, high-voltage switchgear and transformers, and digital grid technology.

• Lead European LTSA opportunities from qualification through offer submission and handover to execution
• Develop LTSA proposals, pricing concepts, and framework agreements for long-term maintenance, operation, and availability contracts for high-voltage substations
• Support the development and deployment of GSA frameworks for international customers
• Drive commercial qualification, risk assessment, costing, bid/no-bid decisions, and approval processes in line with global governance requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Service Operations, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain Management to deliver integrated customer solutions
• Maintain and improve LTSA offer templates, commercial playbooks, offer-to-order processes, and handover standards
• Ensure high-quality execution handovers and incorporate lessons learned into future offers and governance frameworks
• Maintain opportunity pipeline transparency and support regional growth planning through CRM management, performance tracking, and regular business reviews

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Experience in the energy, transmission, grid technology, or service business environment
• Experience in proposal management, bid management, offer management, commercial project management, or long-term service agreements
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including contract structuring, costing, pricing, risk assessment, business case development, and bid governance
• Understanding of substation technologies, service portfolios, asset lifecycle management, or comparable industrial service business models
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills, including coordinating complex opportunities across global matrix organizations
• Structured, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset; strong communication skills and ability to thrive in an international environment
