задачи
Lead an enterprise customer in the IT operations and implementation of the Veeva Quality Cloud suite
Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program, including resource planning, team leadership, project tracking, and forecasting
Act as the primary customer liaison, managing communication and relationships among the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders
Oversee customer release management programs and IT operations for the Veeva Quality Cloud suite
Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps
Mentor project teams and junior consultants within the Quality Services organization
Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and industry best practices through post-implementation continuous improvement programs
требования
8+ Years of experience in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management, including a proven track record leading system implementation projects
Experience leading large-scale enterprise projects
Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience assembling, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and leading project teams
Experience designing and executing effective project governance models for large enterprises
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders
Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
Ability to travel 25-50%; easy access to an airport
Must be legally authorized to work in the EU; Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing employment visa sponsorship for this position
Будет плюсом: direct experience with eContent Management systems such as Veeva Vault, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, MasterControl, EtQ, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, or NextDocs; experience in Life Sciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and/or Drug Safety; PMP, Prince2, or Agile Scrum Master certification; Agile methodology and/or ACP Certification; change management experience; experience with PMO organizations
Total compensation: 240,000 - 380,000 PLN; actual total compensation may vary depending on experience and location and may include variable bonus and/or stock bonus
