IT project manager in insurance

• End-to-end project management from requirements definition to delivery and closure
• Business analysis: engage business areas directly to elicit, document, and challenge requirements
• Manage 3–4 small projects simultaneously, or one major initiative — depending on seniority and fit
• Stakeholder and change management across all levels including executive
• Executive presentations and project status updates
• Manage timelines, change requests, risks, and issues
• Bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams

• 7–10+ years in IT project management + business analysis (can be more than 10)
• Work experience in big companies IT/technology project exposure
• Insurance industry background — enough to understand the business, challenge assumptions, and work at definition level
• Proven end-to-end project delivery, independently
• Executive communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and structured
• Comfortable pushing back on senior stakeholders
• Fluent Portuguese + English
