• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems Management;
• 7 to 10 or more years of experience in IT project management and business analysis (which may be more than 10 years);
• Professional experience in large companies, with exposure to IT and technology projects;
• Experience in the insurance sector, with sufficient business knowledge to understand its processes, question assumptions, and contribute to defining solutions;
• Proven experience in independently managing and delivering end-to-end projects;
• Previous professional experience combining Project Management (PM) and Business Analysis (BA) responsibilities in a single role.
• Experience in small, multidisciplinary teams, where it is common to take on different responsibilities and perform several roles simultaneously.
• Communication and presentation skills at executive level;
• Strong ability to organize and structure work;
• Ability to question decisions and present constructive, well-founded counterarguments to senior stakeholders;
• Fluency in English.

• Annual gross salary range of €25,000 to €27,000 (depending on experience) + salary benefits
