IT project manager in insurance

• 7 to 10 or more years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
• Experience in IT and technology projects in large organisations.
• Experience in the insurance sector, with sufficient knowledge of the business to question assumptions, challenge solutions and contribute to defining requirements and solutions.
• Proven experience independently managing and delivering end-to-end projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, structuring and planning skills.
• Ability and confidence to question decisions and manage senior stakeholders’ expectations.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
