We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager HR Technology, who will be responsible for leading international IT projects related to HR and managing a portfolio of technology initiatives supporting HR processes.

Leading complex IT projects from planning through implementation
Collaborating with HR business teams and IT teams
Managing scope, budget, schedule, risk and resources
Coordinating release management and change governance
Capacity planning and managing IT vendors
Reporting to senior stakeholders and supporting strategic transformation programs
требования
Several years of experience leading IT projects in an international environment
Experience in HR Technology / HRIS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)
Knowledge of demand management, release management or change governance
Experience working with vendors and managing project budgets
Good knowledge of Agile and tools such as JIRA or MS Project
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
English at a fluent communication level, minimum C1
