Cyber security engineer

A leading company in the Technology and Digital Transformation sector is looking to strengthen its team with a Cyber Security Engineer focused on enterprise security, network and cloud projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical and operational focus and hands-on experience implementing, administering and optimizing security solutions in complex environments. We are looking for someone who enjoys working close to the technology, actively taking part in solving technical challenges and modernizing critical infrastructure.

• Implement and administer Network Security solutions.
• Configure, optimize and manage firewalls and their security policies.
• Participate in technology transformation projects and infrastructure evolution.
• Troubleshoot complex security incidents.
• Collaborate with Network, Infrastructure and Cloud teams.
• Ensure the adoption of Cyber Security best practices.

• Experience with Network Security solutions.
• Experience administering firewalls.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing and Switching.
• Experience troubleshooting security infrastructure.
• Background in enterprise environments.
• Fluent English.
• Technical, hands-on profile.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Interest in developing technical skills through highly complex projects.
