Adapty provides a platform for mobile applications to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. The company supports over 20,000 applications and processes significant subscription revenue, focusing on building a comprehensive RevenueOS for app business operations and growth.

• Build a product that app developers love;
• Own the product roadmap for the multi-product business;
• Build and scale the organization structure, processes, and reporting cadence for product shipment;
• (Co)own product P&L;
• Define and implement a clear product metrics and goal system;
• Work closely with sales and marketing to define and track shared metrics such as pipeline, conversion, LTV, and CAC.

• 8+ Years in product management, including leadership roles (Head/VP/C-level);
• Track record of shipping complex products, formulating product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication;
• Great analytical mindset and business sense that guides ROI-based prioritization;
• Bias for ownership and an entrepreneurial drive for success;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience building or running subscription-based products, background in mobile growth or monetization, experience working with developer-focused products.
