• Develop the online shop and sustainably increase traffic, conversion, and online sales
• Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities along the customer journey
• Plan and implement measures to optimize the shop and digital marketing
• Monitor key metrics, improve reporting, and derive concrete actions from the data
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, purchasing, and external service providers to align the assortment, marketing, and shop

• Professional experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or a comparable field
• Good understanding of online shops, customer behavior, and digital marketing
• Comfortable working with numbers and data and identifying opportunities and areas for improvement
• Able to work independently and in a structured manner, try new approaches, develop ideas, and contribute them
