• Participate in pre-sales cycles with sales teams
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business processes and pain points
• Design and present Business Central solution concepts
• Deliver standard and scenario-based solution demos
• Support RFP/RFI responses, including scope definition and assumptions
• Advise customers during evaluations and decision-making
• Apply hands-on experience from Business Central implementations
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and realistic in scope, timeline, and risk
• Advise on implementation approaches, phases, and dependencies
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align pre-sales commitments with execution

• Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proven participation in Business Central implementations, end-to-end or across key phases
• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer-facing roles
• Strong understanding of Finance, Trade & Inventory, and core operational processes in Business Central
• Ability to translate business needs into solution designs
• Ability to explain ERP concepts in clear, business-oriented language and balance customer expectations with delivery realities
• Confident communication with business stakeholders and decision-makers
• Fluent English
