• Proven commercial experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks; Scrum is required
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a servant-leadership mindset
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to build partnerships with technical teams and Product Owners
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
