Cybersecurity project manager

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate technical resources through all project phases, from conceptual design to implementation.
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Continuously monitor project progress, providing detailed scheduled reports on key milestones and deliverables.
• Perform thorough risk management for projects, identifying potential issues, raising awareness to stakeholders, and devising mitigation plans.
• Communicate proactively with all project team members to identify challenges, create effective solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically as a Project Manager.
• Solid technical background, including 5+ years in professional cybersecurity engineering and a good understanding of domains like IAM and Network Security.
• Demonstrated managerial experience in applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods, including risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (C1 level required for both).
