Securities services specialist

The Securities Services Center is looking for an employee to manage daily securities operations, serve clients and partners, and develop operational processes.

• Process securities transactions on local and international markets, monitor the settlement process, and resolve issues that arise;
• Reconcile securities and cash balances, investigate discrepancies, and control data accuracy;
• Process corporate actions, including coupons, dividends, and securities redemptions;
• Prepare internal and external reports, calculate service fees, prepare invoices, and monitor payments;
• Communicate with clients and partners on operational matters;
• Participate in the operational aspects of onboarding new clients and preparing contracts;
• Participate in testing and implementing new systems and functionalities;
• Prepare operational procedures and identify opportunities to improve existing processes.

• At least 2 years of work experience in securities operations, brokerage, or investment operations;
• Knowledge of financial instruments and financial market infrastructure;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Knowledge of English;
• Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Analytical thinking and the ability to investigate issues independently;
• A strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to identify and solve problems;
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
