Analyst in residential real estate

There is an active vacancy for a Corporate Analyst in the Residential Real Estate Development unit of the Large and Medium Corporate Clients Department.

• Receive and process clients’ credit applications.
• Analyze clients’ financial indicators and prepare comprehensive loan projects accordingly.
• Prepare financial models and determine projected financial indicators.
• Assess project risks.
• Organize the collateral valuation process and ensure it is accurately reflected in the project.
• Present the project to the Credit Committee.
• Manage the loan disbursement process.
• For non-standard contracts, manage the process with both the bank’s internal teams and the client.
• Regularly monitor existing clients’ financial condition.
• Monitor compliance with the intended use of loans.
• Manage the utilization of tranches or credit lines.
• Prepare various reports in accordance with the bank’s standards.

• Higher education in finance or business administration (CFA and/or ACCA will be considered an advantage).
• At least two years of experience working as a financial analyst.
• Advanced knowledge of English and Russian.
• Knowledge of finance.
• Knowledge of the bank’s structure and the distribution of its functions.
• Knowledge of banking legislation.
• Knowledge of banking products, processes, and tariffs.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Readiness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
