• Lead month-end performance management, coordinate close processes, manage senior finance review meetings, partner with BSC teams, and provide insight into trading performance, risks, and opportunities;
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities, including annual planning cycles, reforecasts, and strategic plans;
• Drive high-quality reporting and financial governance through performance packs, P&L analysis, working capital and capex reporting, and compliance with group accounting policies;
• Enhance systems, reporting, and cashflow forecasting;
• Lead Power BI reporting improvements and ensure data integrity across reporting outputs;
• Manage free cashflow forecasting and modelling for the International business;
• Provide strategic financial analysis and leadership for business cases, performance evaluations, and scorecards;
• Partner with Strategy teams;
• Develop team capability and deputise for the Head of FP&A when required.

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent;
• Significant post-qualified experience;
• Experienced FP&A professional with a background in retail, FMCG, wholesale, or franchise environments;
• Able to turn complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders;
• Highly analytical and commercially curious;
• Comfortable working with large and sometimes incomplete datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities;
• Previous line management experience;
• Passion for coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams;
• Experienced in Power BI, financial reporting, and finance systems;
• Focused on continuous process improvement and data-driven decision-making;
• Resilient, organised, and results-focused;
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
