PSI is a privately owned, full-service Contract Research Organization with 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting clinical trials across multiple countries and continents.

• Develop study budgets for proposals and Change Orders for ongoing projects;
• Manage study budgets throughout the clinical project duration, including setting up and maintaining project finance information, preparing accrual reports, and requesting invoices;
• Develop sponsor contracts, including sponsor agreements, change orders, and payment schedules;
• Manage project-specific timesheets and reconcile actual costs against budgeted costs regularly.

• Hold a college or university degree, preferably in Finance or Economics;
• Have at least 3 years of experience in project budgeting and financial analysis in a CRO setting;
• Have C1-level English according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;
• Be proficient in standard MS Office applications, with advanced MS Excel skills;
• Have strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills;
• Be able to communicate with all involved departments and sponsors;
• Be able to produce accurate and timely information and reports;
• Be able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks;
• Be able to train others.
