NKT designs, manufactures, and installs low-, medium-, and high-voltage power cable solutions to enable sustainable energy transmission. The company supports the global transition to green energy by providing infrastructure for renewable energy projects.

• Manage financial controlling, reporting, and consolidation activities;
• Coordinate planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes;
• Analyze financial performance, risks, and business trends;
• Provide financial recommendations and business partnering support;
• Develop the FP&A team and support finance transformation initiatives.

• University degree in Finance, Business, or a related field;
• Extensive experience within FP&A and financial controlling;
• Experience managing teams in a matrix organization;
• Knowledge of planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes;
• Proficiency with SAP, OneStream, BI tools, and advanced Excel;
• Experience with change management;
• Experience with commodity and foreign exchange hedging processes;
• Nice to have: Experience in an international organization, experience in the energy or manufacturing sectors.

• The position can be based in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, or Lithuania;
• Travel requirements (10-20%) based on business needs.
