• Manage the day-to-day operational running of the finance function, including month and quarter-end processes, management accounts, and forecasting;
• Approve new vendors and accounts payable invoices, release payment runs, and monitor cash flow;
• Post journals to transfer accounts payable detail to the main accounting package;
• Supervise and support two finance staff members regarding cost recognition;
• Review and approve accounts receivable invoices and ensure production costs are recharged correctly;
• Monitor collections and resolve related issues;
• Review and approve credit card reconciliations across multiple companies and currencies;
• Coordinate the group’s month-end process to ensure reporting deadlines are met;
• Prepare monthly management accounts and forecasts against overhead budgets for review with the Head of Finance;
• Prepare monthly reports for the parent company’s controllership team and sign off on reconciliation reports;
• Act as the primary point of contact for financial auditors and prepare statutory accounts and tax-related workings;
• Prepare monthly development expenditure reports and monitor budgets;
• Manage day-to-day cash across multiple entities and currencies, including funding requests and intercompany payment cycles.

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA preferred);
• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in an all-round finance role within a similar industry;
• Confident and effective communication skills;
• High energy, strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude;
• Passion for film, TV, and theatre;
• Nice to have: Industry training.
