• Conduct financial analysis to support business and strategic decision-making;
• Build financial models, forecasts, and performance reports;
• Analyze market trends, industries, competitors, and investment opportunities;
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and business performance evaluation;
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations;
• Evaluate company performance, revenue opportunities, and key business drivers;
• Support the development of business cases for new products, services, and strategic initiatives.

• Proficiency in both English and Russian is mandatory;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Passion for finance, investments, business strategy, and technology;
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, financial statements, and business fundamentals;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into meaningful business insights;
• Current university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Nice to have: Previous volunteering experience at international events or organizations such as Formula 1, World Urban Forum (WUF), COP, international conferences, or similar large-scale events.
