Smarter is a management company responsible for defining the overall strategy of investment activities and ensuring optimal management and development strategies for each business unit within the group, with primary areas of business interests encompassing investment activities, information technologies, and trading.

• Manage full-cycle data collection, transaction classification, and preparation of monthly financial statements including P&L, CF, and Balance Sheet by business unit;
• Coordinate the budgeting process, consolidate budget requests, perform variance analysis, and regularly update rolling forecasts;
• Evaluate potential target assets such as real estate and businesses, calculate key investment metrics including IRR, NPV, ROI, and EBITDA, and prepare investment memorandums;
• Perform scenario analysis and modeling for base, optimistic, and pessimistic cases for new business ventures, including break-even point analysis;
• Provide data for payment calendars and cash liquidity management;
• Maintain management accounting transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• 5-7+ Years of experience in a similar position, preferably in companies with international exposure, IT, financial, or investment sector;
• Clear understanding of the differences in rules and approaches between Management and Statutory Accounting;
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and deep understanding of the interconnections between P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet;
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting;
• Solid knowledge of investment appraisal methods and financial mathematics;
• Proficient user of ERP systems such as 1C and Business Central;
• Expert-level skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI;
• Conceptual understanding of Accounting in accordance with National Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards;
• Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting;
• Fluent Ukrainian and Pre-Intermediate English at A2 level;
• Nice to have: Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Ability to work with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau, Understanding of the real estate and land assets market, Additional courses or certificates in financial management.
