Bank of Georgia is a leading financial institution in Georgia that focuses on delivering customer-centric financial products and services through a strategy of continuous development and resource optimization.

• Prepare in-depth financial performance reports from scratch;
• Own communication with related departments, cost and revenue allocation, and report details;
• Deliver regular financial performance reports independently on a monthly and quarterly basis;
• Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI;
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in all reports and analyses;
• Analyze financial and operational trends, monitor KPIs, and conduct variance analysis;
• Identify opportunities for cost and revenue optimization through process analysis;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during report preparation and analysis;
• Present granular financial results and provide insights for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field;
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis or financial management;
• Knowledge of banking products and processes;
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas and large datasets;
• Solid understanding of financial management and capital budgeting principles;
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• English language proficiency (B2 level);
• Nice to have: CFA, FMVA, or ACCA certification.
