Plex is a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider regulated by the National Bank of Georgia. The company operates a network of exchange offices in Tbilisi and Batumi, providing crypto-to-fiat exchange services for individuals and businesses. It is currently expanding its financial infrastructure through PlexPay to bridge digital assets with the traditional financial system.

• Build, maintain, and analyze full profit and loss (P&L) structures to establish comprehensive financial reporting;
• Map out and continuously optimize unit economics by dissecting self-cost versus full financial metrics;
• Deep-dive into monthly operational costs to streamline overhead;
• Build predictive financial forecasts to support scaling into mid-size corporate sectors;
• Collaborate with the product team and BI analytics function to sync financial metrics with live business performance.

• 2–4 Years of experience as a Financial Analyst in FinTech, Crypto/Web3, or high-growth startups;
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
• Understanding of crypto exchange operations, transaction flows, and digital asset liquidity;
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership mindset;
• English (Working Proficiency);
• Nice to have: Experience with BI tools, collaboration with data engineering or analytics teams.
