Amazon is a multinational technology company that focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. The International Grocery Operations Finance team supports grocery fulfilment and distribution centre operations across multiple global markets.

• Own variable cost (VCPU) reporting and planning across four international markets;
• Lead international UTR automation and BI initiatives by serving as the primary Finance interface with the FIRE team;
• Represent UTR in worldwide prioritisation forums and drive the delivery of reporting tools and dashboards;
• Own Cost Per Hour (CPH) wage planning across all international planning cycles;
• Lead UTR Finance consolidation by integrating variable cost productivity, freight-in, fixed cost, and wages;
• Drive month-end close controllership including accrual management, cost booking, and reconciliation;
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards;
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and S&OP teams to identify and quantify cost reduction opportunities;
• Challenge assumptions, surface risks, and question line-item spend;
• Contribute to worldwide standardisation by developing scalable reporting frameworks and automation solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree;
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives or projects;
• Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles;
• Proficiency in large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as SQL, MS Power Query, or Python;
• Advanced Excel skills including macros, index, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, and lookups;
• Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities;
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related field, experience troubleshooting and identifying root causes, experience in a fast-paced dynamic organisation, experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
