задачи
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and external stakeholders;
- Develop and maintain project status reporting processes including KPI tracking;
- Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts;
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions;
- Identify staffing needs and resource planning for operational and IT projects;
- Produce financial models and projections to support strategic planning and due diligence;
- Analyze financial data including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow models;
- Leverage data analytics, automation, and AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency;
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI;
- Manage assigned project areas and drive process improvements;
- Partner with internal departments such as Legal, Tax, HR, and IT to facilitate collaboration;
- Articulate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject like Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Business;
- 1-2 Years of professional experience in a quantitative role such as Audit, Corporate Finance, or FP&A;
- Proficiency in MS Excel for complex analysis and modeling;
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools;
- Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled tools for data analysis or reporting;
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems under pressure;
- Nice to have: Master’s degree.
