• Prepare and present financial reports to management and external stakeholders;
• Develop and maintain project status reporting processes including KPI tracking;
• Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts;
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions;
• Identify staffing needs and resource planning for operational and IT projects;
• Produce financial models and projections to support strategic planning and due diligence;
• Analyze financial data including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow models;
• Leverage data analytics, automation, and AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency;
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI;
• Manage assigned project areas and drive process improvements;
• Partner with internal departments such as Legal, Tax, HR, and IT to facilitate collaboration;
• Articulate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject like Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Business;
• 1-2 Years of professional experience in a quantitative role such as Audit, Corporate Finance, or FP&A;
• Proficiency in MS Excel for complex analysis and modeling;
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools;
• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled tools for data analysis or reporting;
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems under pressure;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree.
