Amazon operates a world-class customer fulfillment network that delivers packages globally. The finance team partners with cross-functional groups to drive growth, controllership, innovation, and cost-effective operations within this logistics network.

• Leverage customer fulfillment metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities by linking operations and financials;
• Earn the trust of business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic decisions;
• Own financial and operational planning processes to produce solid operational plans;
• Manage all month-end procedures, including variance analysis between actuals, plans, and forecasts;
• Support knowledge-sharing within the team and across the division while standardizing processes across EU teams;
• Partner with the manager to prioritize high-impact activities and deprioritize those unlikely to drive material improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree;
• Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles or delivering results for large cross-functional initiatives;
• Proficiency in large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Power Query, Python) or advanced Excel skills (macros, index, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, lookups);
• Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem-solving;
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business or related field, experience troubleshooting and identifying root causes, experience in a fast-paced dynamic organization, experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
