The company provides financial services and operates within the fintech sector.

• Own operational reporting, including client-level P&L transparency and other key business metrics;
• Manage relationships with corporate service providers in Cyprus and BVI;
• Drive process automation and operational excellence, including supporting SOC 2 compliance initiatives;
• Lead the Operations function, managing a Legal Counsel and Operations Specialist, and assist in onboarding a Finance Manager;
• Partner with founders to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

• 5+ Years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, COO Office, Finance Operations, or a similar leadership role;
• Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting, including P&L analysis and KPI management;
• Experience building and improving operational processes and implementing automation;
• Experience working with legal, finance, and external corporate service providers across multiple jurisdictions;
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto, experience supporting fundraising activities, investor due diligence, data room preparation, and investment rounds.
