financial analyst intercompany accounting

NCR Atleos expands financial access by optimizing branches, improving operational efficiency, and maximizing self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers globally.

• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners, especially Tax, Treasury, and regional accounting teams;
• Work with external auditors to complete local statutory audits;
• Prepare and record intercompany accounting entries across multiple regions, including cross-border transactions involving cash repatriations, infusions, and other legal entity transactions;
• Manage the intercompany settlement process in partnership with Treasury and Tax teams;
• Reconcile intercompany positions and ensure they balance globally;
• Help develop, maintain, and assess internal controls related to accounting and financial reporting systems;
• Recommend process and policy changes and use technologies to improve efficiency;
• Develop, measure, and report service level targets for major processes;
• Train and provide guidance and direction to global finance teams;
• Maintain ledger integrity and ensure compliance with internal company policy.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
• Finance or Business degree;
• Qualified accountant with proven knowledge of accounting principles;
• Knowledge and experience of SOX Compliance;
• Experience working with external and internal audit functions;
• Working knowledge and experience of Oracle or a similar ERP product;
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word;
• Ability to act on own initiative, with proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict reporting deadlines;
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Greek is required in the role.
