NCR Atleos expands financial access by optimizing branches, improving operational efficiency, and maximizing self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers worldwide.

• Support the local intercompany process, system implementations, local statutory audits, and ad hoc tasks
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners, especially Tax, Treasury, and regional accounting teams
• Work with external auditors to complete local statutory audits
• Prepare and record intercompany accounting entries across multiple regions, including cross-border cash repatriations, infusions, and other legal entity transactions
• Manage the intercompany settlement process in partnership with Treasury and Tax teams
• Reconcile intercompany positions and ensure they balance globally
• Help develop, maintain, and assess internal controls related to accounting and financial reporting systems
• Recommend process or policy changes and use technology to improve efficiency
• Develop, measure, report, and consistently meet service-level targets for major processes
• Train and guide global finance teams
• Maintain ledger integrity and ensure compliance with internal company policy

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• A degree in Finance or Business
• Qualified accountant with proven knowledge of accounting principles
• Knowledge and experience of SOX compliance
• Experience dealing with external and internal audit functions
• Working knowledge and experience of Oracle or a similar ERP product
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Self-starter with initiative, analytical ability, and creative problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict reporting deadlines
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Greek
