• Support forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting;
• Contribute to robust, scalable, and insightful reporting of key business unit or department metrics;
• Deliver data-driven intelligence to support and advise the FP&A team and business partners;
• Provide analytical support and contribute to strategic decision-making;
• Improve and optimize existing reporting to meet evolving requests from senior management;
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, scenario analysis, and benchmarking;
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the role evolves.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;
• 3–5 Years’ experience in a similar role;
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills;
• High attention to detail and ability to reconcile multiple data sources;
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to different audiences;
• Self-driven approach with proactive problem-solving;
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics and reporting tools;
• Ability to understand, work with, and proactively advise business partners;
• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail;
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently;
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and an unstructured environment;
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion.
