• Build financial and cash flow models for real estate assets and platforms;
• Assist in preparing pitch books, investment memoranda, and financing memoranda;
• Support real estate-focused capital markets transactions, including strategic advisory on acquisitions and divestitures;
• Assist with debt advisory for large-scale financings and complex liability restructuring mandates;
• Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company analyses on real estate trends;
• Work with legal, tax, and technical advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Outstanding academic record, preferably with a degree in accounting, economics, finance, or real estate;
• Previous experience in real estate investment, debt advisory, M&A advisory, private equity, restructuring, or related fields;
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation theory, methodologies, and applications;
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills, especially in cash flow modelling;
• Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail;
• Good proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
• Nice to have: Additional language skills, previous experience in or interest in the real estate sector, international experience.
