Assist with creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A transactions
Advise companies and stakeholders on out-of-court and in-court restructurings
Raise debt and equity financings
Provide distressed M&A advisory services
Advise on special situations involving distressed investing
Participate in complex negotiations on behalf of clients
требования
Be in the penultimate year of study at a highly regarded university, completing final university assessments in Spring or Summer 2028
Have a strong academic track record
Be a top academic performer and quick learner, able to perform in an unstructured environment
Demonstrate an interest in restructuring
Have a thorough understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
Have strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
Have strong LBO and DCF modelling skills
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Have an exceptionally strong work ethic
