Houlihan Lokey is a global investment bank providing independent strategic and financial advice to corporations, financial sponsors, and governments. The firm delivers solutions across mergers and acquisitions, capital solutions, financial restructuring, and financial and valuation advisory.

• Contribute to live deal engagements across Capital Solutions;
• Support origination and marketing efforts;
• Support transaction execution and capital raising across equity and equity-linked financing;
• Work on GP-led secondaries, co-investment, and direct transactions;
• Develop valuation and corporate finance skills;
• Produce fund marketing documentation and bespoke analyses;
• Support fundraising process management and investor tracking;
• Assist with origination and pitch materials;
• Maintain and develop the team’s CRM.

• Be in the penultimate year of study at a highly regarded university and scheduled to complete final university assessments in Spring or Summer 2028;
• Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies;
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to multitask and coordinate different projects in an organized manner;
• Dedicated, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and willingness to work hard to achieve high performance standards;
• Nice to have: prior experience or knowledge of Equity/Debt Capital Markets or the broader Private Equity industry, understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modelling such as LBO or DCF models.
