• Execute monthly actuals, forecast, and annual budget processes with all sites and functional areas, focusing on SG&A and Central Items;
• Drive forecast accuracy and transparency by building partnerships and recommending improvement strategies;
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights aligned with the figures;
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs to support business performance and strategic goals;
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly executive presentations on STG business performance;
• Conduct high-visibility ad-hoc financial analyses and support special projects;
• Champion digitalization and process efficiency across reporting workflows using financial reporting software, digital tools, and LEAN methodology.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of progressive experience in finance or accounting within a global enterprise;
• Strong background in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and controlling;
• Clear understanding of accounting principles;
• Strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing skills;
• Strong communication skills to convey complex financial concepts effectively;
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
• Demonstrated ability and creativity to influence stakeholders and drive change;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: MBA, CPA, or equivalent certification, experience in commercial project management, commercial sales or operations, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), knowledge of EPM+ as a global financial reporting system.
