• Manage financial systems operations, dashboards, and reporting;
• Build financial forecasts and track P&L structures, unit economics, and cash flow;
• Audit operational expenses, perform variance analysis, and optimize monthly vendor bills;
• Prepare structured monthly, quarterly, and management accounts under tight deadlines;
• Manage data workflows within information systems, ERPs, or financial databases;
• Extract, transform, and load transactional data into clean reporting tables;
• Build, maintain, and update live BI dashboards;
• Query databases using SQL.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, P&L tracking, unit economics, and cash flow analysis;
• Ability to audit operational expenses and perform variance analysis;
• Experience preparing monthly, quarterly, and management accounts;
• Hands-on experience managing data workflows in information systems, ERPs, or financial databases;
• Ability to perform data extraction, transformation, and loading;
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including VBA, Power Query, and complex formulas;
• Intermediate SQL skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
