Financial analyst in control and reporting

We are looking to strengthen our Control & Reporting team with a Financial Analyst.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor budget performance, analyzing variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, and identifying key drivers
• Develop, monitor, and maintain financial and operational KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Financial reporting and analysis to support decision making
• Development of internal projects
• Support strategic business cases
• Stakeholder management reporting

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or a similar field
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Management Control and/or similar roles
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong time management and planning skills
• Rigor, organization and a focus on project quality
• Critical thinking and the ability to analyze and develop solutions
• Ability to proactively solve problems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with different stakeholders
• Customer and results orientation
• Proactivity, autonomy and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team
