financial analyst in construction

INEX is a real estate development group delivering residential and commercial projects across Cyprus. It manages the full project lifecycle, from land acquisition to construction and delivery.

• Control project costs and construction budgets
• Analyze variances in forecasted profits and expenses
• Allocate costs to categories
• Gather and validate data and incorporate it into project cost reports
• Maintain records of changes to the scope or contract of work
• Prepare cash outflow and other financial projections
• Document construction progress, identify and track construction issues and conflicts, and assist with their resolution
• Coordinate with Project Managers on cost reporting and control, ensuring required information is correctly coded and posted for Project Controls
• Work with the accounting department to align and balance financial statements and other financial and schedule reports
• Verify contractor, subcontractor, and supplier invoices
• Process and control the payment schedule and payment approval process
• Communicate with stakeholders

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, QS, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in cost control, finance, or analytics
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Russian proficiency required
• English proficiency at B2 or above
