INEX Group’s Smart home and Smart office projects team delivers smart building projects in Paphos.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Oversee installation works and equipment deliveries
• Coordinate commissioning and functional testing
• Manage project changes, risks, and deadlines

• Hands-on project management experience in low-voltage / ELV, smart building, or building engineering systems
• Experience delivering projects involving CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS, KNX, AV, or building automation
• Experience with construction or fit-out projects, coordinating installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
• Good understanding of the full project lifecycle, from technical planning and procurement to installation, commissioning, and handover
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation and understand on-site work
• Experience working directly with clients and taking ownership of project delivery, timelines, and budget
• Good English for professional communication and technical documentation
• Willingness to work regularly on project sites and travel when required
