• 3+ Years of experience in C&B, HR Finance, FP&A, or a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling experience
• Experience in personnel cost budgeting and forecasting
• Good understanding of Cyprus payroll, taxation, and employer costs
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• English B2 or higher
