Financial Analyst

• Maintain and control the company's financial management system;
• Process and track invoices;
• Prepare and maintain management P&L reports;
• Monitor profitability by client, project, and business line;
• Track cash flow and liquidity position;
• Monitor recruiter productivity and business performance metrics;
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial summaries;
• Control accounts receivable and outstanding payments;
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities;
• Coordinate various finance-related processes across the business;
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, ideally with business planning responsibilities;
• Understanding of P&L management, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting;
• Experience working with invoices, accounts receivable, and financial controls;
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes;
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• English B1 level;
• Russian C1 level;
