Financial Analyst

• Act as the primary liaison between the local office and the Shared Services Centre for accounting matters;
• Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of financial postings, including journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications;
• Review and validate financial reports to ensure alignment with local and corporate accounting standards;
• Coordinate with local agencies and tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and support audits;
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes;
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors;
• Provide financial support and modeling for medical and commercial teams to drive business initiatives;
• Build and maintain financial models for product performance, pricing, and launch planning;
• Deliver insights on revenue, cost structure, profitability, and financial risks;
• Assist in business case preparation, budget planning, and forecasting;
• Translate complex financial data into business language for non-finance stakeholders;
• Manage local procurement activities in alignment with global policies and local regulations;
• Guide stakeholders on purchasing procedures, vendor onboarding, and contract compliance;
• Support tendering processes, vendor selection, and supplier performance monitoring;
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance and procurement processes;
• Promote compliance with internal controls and ethical procurement practices.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CIPA, CPA, DipIFR, or equivalent;
• Proven experience in finance operations, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations;
• Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems like SAP or Excel;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills;
• Fluent in English and Russian;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Kazakh.
