Finance Manager

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
• Manage internal and external accounting according to HGB and IFRS standards;
• Conduct budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis;
• Develop financial processes and reporting structures;
• Support financial projects, including cash flow management and working capital optimization;
• Collaborate with the international headquarters and external partners such as auditors and tax advisors.

• Degree in business administration with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling;
• Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally in a manufacturing or technology-oriented company;
• Solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS;
• Proficiency in relevant financial tools and systems;
• Analytical and structured approach with high initiative;
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills;
