• Manage financial control processes within the controllership department;
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance standards;
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data;
• Support the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.

• Proven experience in financial control or accounting management;
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards;
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in the fintech industry, professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
